To put it simply Sean is a major asset to any real estate investor. I have purchased several assets from Sean in the last five years and all of them have been Incredibly positive experiences. More recently, Sean Helped me take down a multiple SFR portfolio that was a once in a lifetime deal. I can’t say enough good things about him and and recommend him to anyone.

Sean helped us sell our investment property in Long Branch , NJ. It was an owner occupied three family home. Because of the uniqueness of the property I wasn’t able to generate much interest through traditional channels. Sean was able to locate and approach three possible buyers and negotiate an advantageous price for us while at the same time solving a minor zoning issue with the town. His professional knowledge and integrity impressed me. And I’ve known him a long time.
